  7. WILL LOOSEN TIGHT MUSCLES:

  11.     Using  a   kneading  motion,
  12. massage   the  face,  then   the
  13. scalp, working down to the neck,
  14. shoulders,  arms,  lower   back,
  15. legs,  and   feet.  Work   grad-
  16. ually  from  lighter  to  deeper
  17. pressure in the direction of the
  18. blood flow to remove lactic acid
  19. and toxins.  Massage  each  area
  20. for two minutes.  Always use oil
  21. or  cream  to  avoid  skin irri-
  22. tation.
